   My friend in Dekalb County told me about a "Plumbing Retrofit Law"...I'm thinking about selling my home here in Roswell...is there a similar law here that would require me to change out my older "pre-1993" plumbing fixtures?

   As of now there is no such ordinance in Fulton County, however I would suspect that a similar ordinance might be in the works!
