Riverside Park is a gated community located in Roswell, Georgia. Many of the limited lots within this gated community back to a private nature preserver. The community itself is just across from the Chattahoochee River providing a great place to fish, swim, and sun tan.
Homes in Riverside Park range from the mid $700s to just over $1,000,000.
The schools attended by residents of the Estates on Eves are: River Eves Elementary School, Holcomb Bridge Middle School, and Centennial High School.
Directions to Riverside Park from GA 400: Take Holcomb Bridge exit heading east, make a right turn on Old Alabama, at the second light turn left onto Riverside Road. Riverside Park will be on your left in gated community, approximately 2 miles down Riverside Road.
