Martin’s Landing

Martin’s Landing subdivision is located in Roswell, GA and has two entrances, one off Holcomb Bridge Road and the other off Riverside Drive. The subdivision features several parks, a lake, and even its own elementary school, Esther Jackson Elementary! It features easy access to GA 400, Holcomb Bridge Road, and North Point Mall. It is also only a few miles from Perimeter Mall area and Buckhead.

The neighborhood is established featuring beautiful wooded lots with a great assortment of hardwoods and pins throught its 1030 acres. Creeks and ponds run through Martin’s Landing, as well as Martin’s Lake the 53 acre lake featuring many lake front properties. The lake does not allow motor powered boats, but water enthusiasts will enjoy canoeing or kayaking along the banks. There are always people out on the path surrounding the lake…either running, walking, or bicylcing. Martin’s Landing has three clubhouses, including a lakeside clubhouse, three tennis court areas, and The River Club, which sits right next to the Chatahoochee River.

The neighborhoods are all active and busy with Garden Clubs, wine tasting parties, concerts on the Martin Landing Green, new resident welcome events, holiday parties for the children, neighborhood get together, and swim teams, soccer and tennis teams affiliated with ALTA.
